The C. Felix Harvey Committee is pleased to announce a new round of the C. Felix Harvey Award to Advance Institutional Priorities: Innovative Application of Scholarly Expertise to Real World Challenges.

The Harvey Award seeks to recognize and support exemplary faculty projects that reflect the University’s commitment to innovation and engaged scholarship, and we want to encourage faculty members to submit concept proposals.

The award will be given to the faculty member or members whose proposed project best applies humanities and/or social sciences methods or approaches that create a measurable impact to address a real-world challenge.

  • The C. Felix Harvey Award to Advance Institutional Priorities will be up to $100,000 for a two-year project period.
  • There is a three-step process for selecting awardees, starting with this concept proposal, and culminating with the final selection in spring 2025.
